WHO: Gregg Lederman, award-winning author of ENGAGED! Out-behave Your Competition to Create Customers for Life has a proven track record of guiding companies to financial success by teaching  effective management and leadership skills that engage employees and customers. 
 
WHAT: Business seminar, Essential Habits of Trusted Leaders, presented by Gregg Lederman, will be offered to Central California food and beverage companies. This highly effective seminar will teach management teams how to be effective leaders and fuel their workplace with what employees need to become more motivated and productive at work. 
Following the seminar, Mr. Lederman and Kathryn Aspromonti, VP of Enterprise Sales, will lead an exclusive interactive workshop for current Expo exhibitors and sponsors, Increase Engagement, Increase Profits, where management teams will learn how employee engagement impacts the bottom line and how to monetize fully engaged employees.

WHY: As part of the Fresno Food Expo’s mission to help expand and grow Central California’s food industry companies, the Expo has invited Gregg Lederman to the Central Valley to launch the Expo’s season with a business development and networking opportunity that will equip our region’s food companies with the tools and resources they need to grow.  
 
Originally developed as an economic development initiative by the City of Fresno in 2011, the Expo has since emerged as the nation’s only exclusively regional food show bringing together growers, processors, manufacturers and industry service providers with buyers from around the world. Since its debut, the Expo has brought heightened awareness to the region’s food production industry as new, innovative businesses emerge and industry collaborations form as a direct result of the show. The Expo has introduced 305 different food and beverage companies to new customers and hosted 2,680 different qualified buyers, including over 100 strategically recruited international buyers. The Fresno Food Expo is a 501c6 nonprofit organization led by a 13-member Board of Directors, with current daily management services provided by David Nalchajian, Inc.
